Student Chemical Society/Chemiczne Koło Naukowe FLOGISTON
Flogiston is an organization of students of the Warsaw University of Technology. Our passion is chemistry and for many years, we have been working to popularize science and expand knowledge. We organize chemistry shows and workshops, proving that chemistry doesn’t have to be boring. We are frequent guests at the largest science festivals, such as the Science Picnic organized by the Centrum Nauki Kopernik in Warsaw and „MOC Odkrywców” organized by Rzeszów University of Technology. In 2023, we won 1st place at the National Festival of Chemistry Shows in Toruń. We also organize our own seminars, where each of us can presents own scientific research, and we carry out scientific projects. Last year, we organized the „Augmenting Chemistry” conference, which was in Augustów.
